Six Weeks:  June 29 – August 3, 2008

A six-week summer program is offered on the Cornell campus. The summer program allows students to experience living in a college residence hall, adapt to a college environment and interact with students from culturally and economic diverse backgrounds.

Students attend classes that will enhance and strengthen their academic skills in composition and literature, mathematics and science. They also attend classes and workshops in laboratory science, career planning, foreign language, computer applications, leadership, community service and others.

Additionally, students participate in a full range of cultural and recreational activities, which include field trips to concerts, theater events and museums.
