Volunteers play several roles in the organization. Mentors supervise and provide
guidance for the youth through one-on-one interaction and group activities. Program
directors plan and implement new activities. Networking staff bring in opportunities
from other organizations in the area. Community developers work with parents and
plan community-wide events. Fundraisers keep the program financially stable.
