SAFE has the following board positions:
Project Coordinator – SAFE typically has 2 Project Coordinators that run the meetings, attend weekly Leadership Council (LC) meetings for the PSC, and serve as the liaisons between our program and the PSC. These people delegate tasks and are responsible for overseeing all of the group activities.
Secretary – This person is in charge of regularly attending meetings, writing down “minutes,” typing them up, and sending them out to our listserve in a timely fashion.
Treasurer – This person is responsible for SAFE’s finances and fundraising, including working on the budget each semester with the project coordinator(s).
Publications & Publicity – This person designs and creates posters, flyers, and quarter cards to publicize upcoming events and to attract new members.
Community Outreach – This person works to establish and maintain community partners to collaborate on events.
