SAFE seeks to raise awareness regarding various sexual heath topics including
(but not limited to) the HIV/AIDS pandemic, sexually transmitted infections (STIs),
birth control methods, abstinence, and risk reduction techniques.
The group provides an open dialogue with students and the community. SAFE keeps
an objective approach while discussing any sexual behaviors and tries to provide
relevant knowledge that will enable people to make well-informed decisions that
fit their individual needs. The program aims to engage fellow students to learn
about their own sexuality and ways to protect themselves.
