Opportunity: Community Service Manager (CSM)
Agency: On Site Volunteer Services
Description: The CSM is responsible for managing relationships with local stakeholders and other local constituents not served by OSVS programs. By applying the agency's model for donor relationship management, the CSM monitors and coordinates communication and activities with the advisory council, local government, local businesses, university communication and campus-based organizations. With the help of the Fund Development Director the CSM also coordinates annual fundraisers and marketing initiatives for OSVS. A more detailed job description can be obtained at www.osvs.org.

Opportunity: Fund Development Director (FDD)
Agency: On Site Volunteer Services
Description: The FDD directly supports and coordinates the efforts of the fund development committee to cultivate, maintain and leverage relationships with high net-worth individuals, foundations and other private non-local sources of funding. The FDD is directly responsible for supporting all fund development operations and managing relationships with OSVS alumni, donors, and friends of the agency. In addition, the FDD will participate in tasks such as grant research and writing, fundraising planning and newsletter distribution.

Opportunity: Project Manager (PM)
Agency: On Site Volunteer Services (OSVS)
Description: PM maintain direct contact with local agencies in order to assess the volunteer needs of organizations. Subsequently PMs are responsible for the coordination and training of volunteer groups at weekend projects and event sites to meet the most salient needs of the community. PMs maintain relationships with nonprofit agencies and brainstorm ideas for projects togethr with supervisors and representatives of local community agencies. PMs visit potential sites for volunteer projects to determine the feasibility and safety of the proposed project. A more detailed job description can be obtained at www.osvs.org.

Opportunity: Volunteer Services Coordinator (VSC)
Agency: On Site Volunteer Services (OSVS)
Description: VSC develops and maintains relationships between OSVS and perspective, current, and previous individual volunteers and groups. This includes marketing the Volunteer Services program on campus, recognizing outstanding volunteers, and working with Project Managers to assure that meaningful volunteer experiences are offered. The VSC is ultimately responsible for the recruitment of OSVS volunteers for programs and assist the Managing Director in supervising the Project Managers.
