The Cornell Public Service Center with the support of the Human Services Coalition is excited to offer a unique conference to explore the challenges and opportunities of 21st Century not-for-profit organizations as well as to build systematic support for community needs.

This year’s conference addresses issues of liability and risk management in addition to supervisory skill workshops. This conference is not intended to cover the intricacies that exist for each different organization or situations. The conference will help community-based organizations examine existing partnerships, to create positive, safe experiences for all individuals. These workshops are open to directors, volunteer coordinators, supervisors, managers and other individuals who work with community and college-aged volunteers, interns, work study students or academic-based placements.

Guest speakers include experts in the area of Human Resources Management and Risk Management and Liability at Cornell University.
