The Newfield Youth Mentorship Program (YMP) provides one-on-one mentoring and
job shadowing for Newfield High School students who are at risk for dropping out
or not meeting their potential.
High school students gain exposure to the world of employment through shadowing their mentors at professional workplace settings and career related workshops. Cornell Students can gain volunteer hours or do it as an independent study for two credits.
