Each fall, Cornell University welcomes approximately 5,000 new students and 800
newly hired staff and faculty members. In an effort to help introduce and connect
these new arrivals to the various local non-profit agencies, the Cornell Public
Service Center has developed the first Community Fair & Fare. This event
is scheduled for Wednesday, October 4, 2006 at Barton Hall from 10:00 a.m. to
2:00 p.m.
The Community Fair & Fare is an excellent opportunity for recruiting volunteers
and welcoming new community members to learn more about the services and resources
local agencies provide.
Come stop by and see all that the Cornell and Ithaca Community has to offer!
